AMOUNT: It’s rated to be taken in thirds, but I’ve tried it up to halves, and def wouldn’t recommend more than that! Tbh I wouldn’t be surprised if you can get away by taking it in quarters, perhaps less, and still get a potent effect. I’d also expect that very small amounts (like actual “drops”) of this could complement regular products with a boost.
QUICK ONSET: This is a liquid extract, so it comes on fast. On an empty stomach I’ll literally feel it easing in ~10 minutes, give or take, but YMMV.
After my first introduction to this, I always try to keep one on standby for very particular conditions/occasions wherein I need to know that what I’m taking is going to work and work well. I personally don’t use these casually at all, just save it as a last resort for when I really need it. And it always comes through for me. Super appreciate this product, thanks!
