This red helped more with getting a good night’s sleep than most others I’ve tried. Slept through the night and the pains I usually wake up with weren’t there.

I received a sample of this and it’s one of my now favorites! It’s a slow red for me which I prefer because of pain & insomnia. When you’ve run out of pharmaceutical options it’s a god send knowing that tea is available & accessible. Thanks to this wonderful vendor.

Agree with all above reviews. One thing I noticed is how calm my breathing is when I’m asleep. Sleep is very relaxed and deep. I loaded up on this one!
